Converting unused basement space to make a home office!
Dryspace recently completed the remediation of the water and moisture ingress into this walk out basement area of this QLD home.
External excavation and re-waterproofing was not a viable option for repair. Internal repairs had previously been undertaken by other contractors, however these proved to be unsuccessful with applied negative hydrostatic coatings simply pushing the water sideways to the next unprotected room.
A Type C cavity drain system was specified to ensure the room could be reinstated to a Grade 3 ‘habitable standard’. As an accredited installer Dryspace can extend the Manufacturers product warranty of thirty years!
