The new owners of this luxury river front home were wanting to repurpose the basement area of the home from office space into a luxury wine cellar and media room. The basement showed signs of water ingress throughout the walls and floors which would worsen during periods of heavy rain.
The homeowner had sought pricing from other contractors for internal negative hydrostatic membrane repairs, and external excavation and re-waterproofing, however, neither solution seemed cost effective, nor provided a reasonable warranty period.
